Here are a number of things that are either quick (useful) hacks or things friends of mine have asked to use.

• Simple Website Schema - A simple XML-based engine for static websites (and powers this site!). This is probably one of the few places in the world where XML makes sense
• MatTex - Embedding Matlab into your LaTeX documents that gets run at compile time
• ImpTran - A quick script hacked together to calculate impedance transforms without a smith chart
